Strong security arrangements
The district administration had made tight security arrangements during the procession. A large number of police forces were deployed in the area. The DM-SP were also fully alert regarding the Muharram procession. The District Magistrate said that licenses have been issued to those who assured to follow the conditions. Licenses have been taken by three Akharas in Biharsharif. Licenses will also be issued to other Akharas as per the rules. SP Ashok Mishra said that the security arrangements are very tight. CRPF, QRT, bike patrolling, all are fully alert.
